SOMEWHERE OVER THE RAINBOW

CHOIR CAMP DAY 1

Looks like I've been away from my blog for some time. :#

Let's start with the Choir Camp. It was great, better than the one in March :)

When we were grouped, we were given a theme, and were supposed to act something out of it. And my group's theme was EM0!!!

We combined a dance and 5 steps to be Emo together.
Step 1 -No life
Step 2 -Self-Multilation
Step 3 -Overeaction
Step 4 -Togetherness
Step 5 -Outcast

Don't really follow the steps, please.

Next was Choir Practice. We sang some old songs (Olomouc songs) and 1 SYF song.

-Lunch-
Then we went for games :)

First, was Scissors, Paper, Stone! -Chair Edition

We had to run from chair to chair, and when we (1 person from each team) met, we "Scissor-Paper-Stone"-ed. If you win, you continue to run to the other side and if you manage to do that, you score 1 point. My team drawed 4-4

Then was HUMAN Snakes and Ladders. The object used were us! Two from each team. First, we "Scissor-Paper-Stone"-ed twice. The winner each time could stand on 1 leg when he was on a square, while the loser had to squat. I lost, so I squat... tiring

In the end, my team lost... Because we fell down the snake at '98' twice, so close.

Then was some balance challenge. We had to carry a ping pong ball on a spoon which was held by our mouth, and cross some obstacles. Tricky, and my team lost by 1 round.

We won at the next game. It was a Math game held on a long flight of stairs.

For Example. 1 + 1 = 0 (+ needs to become - , and vice versa)
2 x 2 = 1 (x becomes divide, and divide becomes x)

Each time we answered 'correctly', we advance up 1 step. My team won by 1 step. Lucky

Last game was not about winning, but about speed. Across the empty space at the canteen, someone wheelbarrowed the first person, then he spins around 10 times, run sideways, then run backwards. The more you do, the more points you get.

Phew, the games finally ended. After bath time, we had some walk around the school. By then, it was already 7.30pm++

We had to go around the school to look for people (Choir Com.s) As, they are prime suspects of murder in some made-up story.

The school was creepy, there was no light at all except for the hostel light and canteen. And the Choir Com.s would suddenly scream sometimes, real scary. We found everyone except the real person, Uncle Tu (sound familiar?)

He was hiding in the female staff toilet at the gym (dare to go there at night?) with Mo, the kidnapped person. Real fun. Of course, they are our committee members, not the real people.

Finally, we watch a horror movie. I fell asleep halfway through. Real tired.
