I'm sure you've heard people say sometimes your best isn't good enough. yes, that has happened to me :(



Last monday we ran 2.4. it was dissapointing as usual :(



Although, this 2.4 will be a memorable one. Started off with me running at a pace faster than usual. I was experimenting to see if running with a constant speed or a fast speed with a few rests will be faster. I had a cough, which seem to hinder me to get a passing score. This time, I was closer to the ending point than anytime before. :)

Then again, I still failed the run. I think there might be retest on Monday, which falls on a very special day as well =)

Rhapsody is in a few weeks time. Its time to sharpen our skills and give our best for the next few days, and give an excellent performance on the 25th. Let's go for it ;-)
